Incredible. I asked for a design and they had it in their system. It was finished within the day, they told me how to apply the decal, and even gave me some tips how to protect this specific decal with a quality finisher/protectant. Can't ask for more than that! Amazing service, done fast, good price, and very helpful with my project. If anyone needs a decal made, check out these guys FIRST.

Daniel. If that's her name.. Larger set lady. Extremely rude. Lost you business from a returning customer. Came in to get some unit numbers printed and she couldn't be bothered to go through the different fonts. I picked out 5 and then was told one more and you've gotta pick. Wasn't even greeted as I came in the store. Made me feel like its too much work to do her own job of going through different font styles. I will be following up with a phone call to make sure the complaint is heard. Very disappointing to go somewhere you've previously done business and have such a different experience. Would not recommend and now taking my business for decals else where.

I echo some of the reviews here – unfortunately.Customer service was poor. Coming-in, and standing 10 feet from the lady, and I felt I did not exist.No one was inside except me and her, so I thought she would at least ask what I need from their business.Gave it a few minutes more, then just decided to leave.Felt sorry for the business though.

This business is either unprepared or doesn’t understand customer service. We had a project and wanted to utilize a local business to support our local economy. Came in on a Thursday afternoon and was told to come in on Friday morning to pick up product. Friday morning came in and product was not completed as indicated. Left a message for the employee indicating to contact us with an ETA. No response, had to contact the business before their indicated close time and Max had indicated he forgot and would have product ready for Saturday morning. Came in Saturday afternoon expecting to pick product up and Max indicated he forgot to complete order. Indicated he would finish product and drop it off at our residence as I had spent about 2 hours in drive time. Saturday night has come and gone and no communication, no email, no ETA on product. If a business can’t promise on delivery, then don’t commit to delivery dates that aren’t achievable. I wouldn’t recommend the services of this business to any of our partners or stakeholders that we currently work with. I wouldn’t have the trust or confidence to utilize their services. The most disappointing aspect in this case is we wanted to support local and you would think in this economic environment, this business would appreciate the opportunity.

When they 1st opened I was there and they did a fantastic job. They had Great imagination and they made my ideas come to life. Over 25 years later I'm still coming to these guys. Now I have one of the sons, Max who does my stuff. This guy is amazing!!! I totally suggest this company for all your decals and signs. See you guys soon !!!

This place has been around forever and for good reason. The first time I used them for my business was 15 years ago when they were located at west Edmonton mall. Cory helped me out with selecting some vinyl decals and certain ones with a frog" skin cover to protect them from wear and to this day they look as good as new though some scratching due to my tools scraping some. I recently contacted them
